Plastic Arts Artist opts to promote the Missions of OPIC with his works

He is called Meh Louis, a plastic arts artist who  has opted to promote the missions of the Office of the Public Independent with his arts work. He made his intention known to the institution’s boss Mme Telelen Dorothy Atabong spouse Motaze, when he presented pieces of his arts works on the institution as gifts on Wednesday 21 December 2022.

The catechist of the Roman Catholic Church and educationist said he has the mastery of  using arts to convey the messages institutions  across to the public, reason why he intends to use this know-how to promote the missions of OPIC for the common good of citizens ‘I intend to use arts works during events organized by OPIC to promote the institution’ he mentioned. The interest to promote the missions of OPIC the artist stated is to enable citizens know and feel the new institution as well as educate them on how to benefit from its services. This he explained could be done using images.

 

Explaining the meaning of the art works conceived  on the institution; the  Cameroon map with OPIC at the heart, he said it symbolizes an institution though found in the South-West and North West Regions can be of  benefit to any Cameroonian citizen no matter his region of origin. He added that because  Cameroonians are mobile and can  find themselves in the two English-speaking regions at any time, they can also  benefit  from the services of the Office of the Public Independent Conciliator, he explained. Such an art work he added is a souvenir of what OPIC represent  to the nation and the society as whole.
